“I've learnt some invaluable tips from doing this course. As I'm only just starting out in the picture book world, Julia gave a good insight into what is required, and what to expect. The little exercises at the end of each lesson was a nice touch, too. I thoroughly enjoyed each lesson, especially the ones where Julia talked to her illustrator, editor and publisher. They also gave good advice. The course was well worth the money, and as Julia is so authentic and humble in her success, I felt like I was getting the best advice from the best in the business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“I'm only part way through the course so far, but there's plenty of good advice on what makes a good children's picture book story including things Ibwouldnt have even considered. A freind of mine asked me to illustrate one of her children's stories a few years ago and I thought this may give me the inspiration to make a start.”
