“A lot of what Julia says seems like common sense once she's said it, but you realise that it's mostly stuff you hadn't consciously considered before. We'll paced, and we'll pitched. Really thought provoking.”
“She is wonderful! Very organized, logical progression , interesting and fun assignments that are helpful in building skills. Love to hear her insights. Wish I could meet her!”

“I love the different ways Julia helps you to see how a story can develop. Setting and character are obvious but starting from an abstract idea such as scale or interdependence are things I would not of thought of. I also think the message in a story is another great example of how to get your story across. I love the downloads available as well such as the storyboard spread. This helps to see how the story will fit and whether it is too long or too short. She encourages you to look at the sounds of the words and how you can be more concise along with picturesque difficult words, advising that it will often be clear from the pictures what those words mean. I feel challenged by the exercises she sets. I have not read the Jaberwoky before so learnt something new written by Lewis Carroll. So far I am loving the course and look forward to finishing it. I have a story in mind already and Julia's guide is helping me to develop it with story line language and humor.”
