“First of all, the delivery was from California to California, and the package still came 3 days late. An electronic computer monitor was delivered just as the original box, without any extra protection, and of course the package is going to be damaged. What's worse was the customer service. Zero apologies and complete non-sense to process return. Makes the customer do the work, when there's literally customer service agents to investigate and solve the issue. Requested my case to be escalated and was told that a supervisor will contact me the next day, but obviously it never happened. Extremely unsatisfied, never going to use any products from benq and never going to reccomend to anybody.”

“If you are moving from a 60hz monitor and looking to up your competitive gaming experiece... but are limited by old GPUs this monitor is nice...i love that it has built in contrast options as well as its own audio system! It is also eye candy on your desk. If i had to give benQ some constructive criticism i would maybe change the stand for this model specifically because it takes up space ... not sure it it was necessary to be the shape it flares out kinda odd....nevertheless thanks benQ”
