Returned new monitor unopened within return policy. No notification was received that the item had been received back at BenQ. Tried to call for 2 weeks and their customer service line stated that their offices were not open. This lasted for two weeks. Tried communication with their website chat, their records were not aligned with UPS, and stated that they had not yet received the returned item. FALSE, Item had been received well over a week prior ( on Feb 23rd, 2024)! Still no notification that my item was received, and a refund was being processed. Finally got to speak to a live person after 2 weeks of their phones down, and their records still did not have my item received yet. I had to provide them with the UPS delivery proof, and their employee’s name that had signed for it on Feb 23rd, 2024. This took place on March 4th, 2024. Customer service (via chat - Francisca) stated that their refund will take 2-3 weeks to get back! Only after I had to inform her that the item was received because she could not find it in their system again! 2-3 weeks is ridiculous to have to wait to get your money back! Not getting a notification that your item was received and refund being processed is ridiculous! Your customer service phone line being down for 1-2 weeks is ridiculous! Your tracking system and customer service failed! AND I still do not have my REFUND at 2 weeks! Do Better!
