“It's a nice monitor, although hard to set up on my computer with no instructions. The toggle on the rear is hard to use. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad choice on my part since I cannot mount the Ergo Arm where it would be easiest to view due to the construction of my computer desk. Now I'm stuck craning my head all the time between keyboard and monitor.”

“This was a great purchase. I have had this monitor for about 6 days now and have increased my workflow tremedously. This pairs perfectly with my new macbook pro m4 max in M-Book mode with clear color a simplicity of use. I have currently started a side hustle within the graphics field after being away from it for quite a long time and as far as the color space, especially in this price range is truly fantastic! I had watched a bunch of reviews on the BenQ monitors on Youtube and really felt that this would be a perfect fit and within my budget without losing quality in design. The thing I love the most is this monitors flexiblilty with the ergo arm, don't think I can ever go back to a standing monitor again. The ability to move this anywhere and maneuver it into multiple positions is a game changer. The multiple color modes within this monitor is also a huge plus for me, I haven't explored them yet, but hopefully once I've had this for a bit I can do a follow up review. Definitely recommend!”
“I don't use it for business, precise color things, or gaming. I just connect my laptop to it, with a keyboard and mouse, for better utilization. I'm happy with it because it's solid, reliable, and good enough. The only thing is an electric humming buzzing that changes with what's displayed, e.g., it buzzes on a white background black text website, but when switching to ms word with the same image, it doesn't, or vice versa. Also, I wasn't amazed. It's like basic, just does the job; good colors - there is no moment were I can classify it as "cheap." However, neither am I enthusiastic. I prefer my 3k oled laptop display. Considering the options, and the ergo arm, I'd most likely purchase this if I was looking for a 27" monitor. I bought it at full retail when it came out almost two years ago. It's good quality, but the lasting impression was the fantastic pricing.”
“Overall I'm happy with the monitor. It is bright and clear and the mounting arm saves me a lot of room on my desk.
The KVM functionality is sufficient for my needs. I find it weird that the the two sides of the KVM are asymmetrical; that is, you can't plug in both computers with a USB-C for example. I had to plug in one of my computers with USB-C and the other one with HDMI+USB-B. Additionally, there's a significant delay (approx. 5 seconds) when switching between sources. It's probably an unreasonable expectation with everything being digital but my last experience with a KVM was back in the analog era and was basically instant. I am, however, very impressed that my Mac doesn't freak out and start moving my windows around thinking I've unplugged the monitor. Once it's all set up it's a very seamless experience.
I don't like the puck peripheral. The buttons are labeled with black-on-black lettering and are impossible to see. Sometimes you push the button and it clicks but nothing happens. The OSD icons displayed on the monitor don't match the design of the puck; it seems like the icons were written for a device with a four-way directional pad, so you'll get onscreen prompts that say to press "right arrow" on the puck which is a button it doesn't have.
The physical build quality of the display seems very high; this does not seem like a cheap off-brand product. I'm particularly impressed with the desk mount; it gives lots of options for positioning while keeping your desk completely clear and even offering a bit of cable management.
I expect to be using this display for a long time.”
