Not a programmer, but spend hours looking at my display (recording and mixing music). The BenQ Programming Monitor completely(!) eliminated the reflections which made work so difficult, especially during long sessions. And, the color accuracy, crisp imaging and safety features (ie night mode) are all, very welcome, added benefits.

Update: It turns out that the three USB-C ports are not identical as it is stated in the spec section of the product page. Customers should pay attention to the spec. For USB-C ports, only port #5 is supposed to be used for connecting with a video input source. Port #5 USB C(PowerDelivery 90W, DisplayPort Alt Mode, Data) USB Type-C downstream (USB 3.2 Gen 2, 10 Gbps, power charging 4.5W) USB Type-C downstream (USB 3.2 Gen 2, 10 Gbps, power charging 7.5W) --------- Title says it. Already submitted a technical support ticket. Waiting now. Self troubleshooting did not work out. The USB-C cable works fine when tested on my Dell monitor. --------- Technical support suggested "manually switching input to USB-C" which I had tried during self troubleshooting. It did not work. I would say it is 95% hardware / firmware issue.
