Thank you, Scott, for your feedback on the ScreenBar Pro. We're glad to hear that the screen bar is functioning well overall. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the proximity sensor not operating as expected.
The proximity sensor is designed to detect motion within a specific range—approximately 60 ± 10 cm (23.6 ± 3.9 inches) in front of the screen when the ScreenBar Pro is positioned 50 cm (19.7 inches) above the desktop. If the sensor does not detect movement within this range, it may turn off the light after about five minutes.
