Great modern entry and projector for all sorts of applications! Great way to entertain friends and family. We've used it to watch anime and the colors pop out immensely! Great for gaming too!

Stepped up to this from a cheap throw away projector. Being 36x more expensive, the BenQ TK710 has changed the experience completely. Before, I couldn't see the screen if the lights were on. Before, I could barely see the movie I was trying to watch. I don't have much context of other protectors to compare to, but the experience is great. Setup was easy and BenQ's ceiling mount offered a lot of flexibility. The auto vertical keystone helped a lot, and the focus zoom knobs were easy to adjust. Vertical lens shift offered less movement than I had imagined, but that didn't hurt anything in my setup. Connection easy and the UI is pretty good. Some options could use more description, particularly involving 3D. My GPU is very old so I have to set it to 1080i 60hz in order to view SBS 3D content. Not sure if that is a limitation on cards manufactured within the decade. I'm very happy with the purchase. I hope it remains reliable and I can get many years from it.

I've been very pleased with this projector. I use it in my home theater setup so I'm not concerned with ambient light, and in my condidtions the image is amazing! Brilliant color, great contrast. I'm especially impressed with the 3d performance, much brighter and clearer than my previous Optoma DLP projector. Vertical lens shift is a great feature to have at this price point, makes installation a breeze without having to sacrifice pixels for keystone correction.

Overall I’m quite pleased with the projector. The colors are vivid. If you are in a bright room the quality is diminished but still visible. At night is when it really shines. If it’s during the day I tend to use my blackout blinds to make the image better.

Will get straight to the point. Was originally looking to purchase the Hisense C1 laser projector, but very glad I went with the TK710. Hisense didn't have 3D support and the 3D on this amazing. Vertical shifting, which Hisense didn't have either, made install a breeze to make final mounting adjustments. Last but not least, the extra warranty vs. only 1 year on the former, was the final straw to go TK710.
