“When I say obsessed, I mean obsessed! My shelves are absolutely beautiful, fit perfectly with the decor of my home and are also such great quality! When I first contacted the team as I was looking for a more bespoke size shelf they were so helpful with my enquiry, sending over numerous quote and giving me a number of options on how we could get the shelf’s that I wanted for the space. I really can’t express how easy they made it all, such incredible customer service!”

“As soon as I saw these shelves at a friend's house I knew they would be perfect in my new kitchen. An initial problem when I ordered the wrong size was sorted out thanks to The patience of the office staff and a new set arrived safely. The only 'Even Better if' would be if the phone did not always go through to an old message stating the office was closed till Monday morning - when it was already mid week. However the message left was usually followed up my an email. A person on the end of the phone would gave resulted in five stars as at times you just need to talk to someone!! Love my shelves and am posting a photo to show them off!”

“Packaging damaged and only half pack of screws rec’d, requested and told they would be sent but never were, luckily my handyman could match them so I didn’t need to chase. Wood weeping sap, handyman said it is because wood not dried/cured properly. Not a cheap product would have expected better.”

“The customer service was great! I ordered a bespoke 2m shelf for my kitchen, along with 2 shelves from the standard range at 79cm and 80cm. Communication was fast and clear, the team were very helpful. The shelves arrived in 4 days, really well packaged, and they look great on the wall. I love the industrial style of the brackets, and the wood brings a lovely warmth to my kitchen. Very happy! Would recommend without hesitation!”

“We contacted Ben Simpson regarding a bespoke size shelf and brackets. They were extremely helpful and answered all enquiries quickly. When the item was delayed by the courier company and a long weekend, Ben Simpson refunded our delivery cost fully - this was above and beyond as they had fulfilled their turnaround times and the delay was caused by the delivery company. The shelf is beautiful and made exactly to our requirements. The brackets also are perfect and we are delighted with our shelf. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben Simpson Furniture for quality products and excellent customer service.”
