While the service was delivered as promised, the fun factor leaves a lot to be desired. This is for people that genuinely don't like to have fun/have no other option for PUG (as the requirements are ridiculous nowadays) but still want their achievement. Boosting guild didn't want to engage in any sort of conversation / didn't want to roll items even though they were all geared with best in slot stuff. What are they going to do? Probably vendor items for a mere 50g instead of sharing. All that because you decided to not pay additional 10+Euro. Although raid went smoothly - being commanded to "hit boss once and jump out of the platform to die" is not fun and tbh kind of humiliating for people that know tactics but just wanted an easy way to find a group who knows what they are doing. Not recommended.

Hello, Thank you for detailed review. However, we find it necessary to clarify a few details so that other customers are not mislead. In your review you stated, that the team didn't want to roll the items and probably just vendored them all. That's completely not how it works. As we can see you purchased Sepulcher of the First Ones heroic run with personal loot mode. That means you have ~15-20% chance to loot an item from each boss. Plus you will be getting an additional Great Vault reward at the end of the week. We are happy if the client gets more loot, but we have zero control over it because it purely depends on the customer's luck. This information is clearly stated on our website in the service description. People who are getting items in the raid besides you are: 1) other customers; 2) loot-traders assigned to other buyers (who purchased loot-trading option), they are not allowed to trade gear to anybody else besides the customer they are attached to. We have loot traders available all week for the purchase. If the customer wants to order a run with traders, you need to select an exact amount of players before the purchase. After the purchase, we will happily assign our loot traders to you before the run and they will give you all tradeable items from this particular sell run. However, that was not the case here, as the run was bought with personal loot mode and our other players could not possibly trade anything to you as they were assigned for other customers who purchased traders option. The second argument was that the team never engaged in any sort and did not communicate. We have a strict rules for all our boosting teams in regards of communication. They are not allowed to talk about the service via in-game chats. However, our online support managers work 24/7 and if some problems or questions occur during ANY service - the customer can always talk to us in discord or via online-chat on site. The command to "hit the boss once and jump out of the platform" is used as a general message, so the raid can go as fast and smooth as possible. The team may use uncommon strategies. Moreover, there are tons of mechanics that can wipe the raid in a blink of an eye. Usually, there are several customers in one raid and some of them might don't know the fights at all or be in this raid for the first time. That's why we use this general announcement on the most dangerous bosses. However, if a customer knows the fights well and want to participate and have some fun - it is certainly possible and shouldn't be a problem. Just contact us via online-chat or discord and we will figure out a suitable solution. The service was excellent. The person I spoke with was friendly and polite, and they certainly delivered what they claimed. I was a bit nervous beforehand but everything was fine, and would certainly use them again with no worry. Thanks.
