Favourite combinations are with tonic (sometimes with gin) and a slice of pink grapefruit or lime, together with a sprig of rosemary and lots of ice. A leaf or two of mint is also good...goes well with the honeyed content. Can't wait to try it as a Summer drink!”
“In my not entirely unlimited experience, Botivo is quite unique. It is complex and challenging just like some alcohol based drinks but very rare in a non alcoholic drink. Plus I find it has so many uses. I have yet to find a drink that doesn't benefit from the addition of a splash of Botivo. Try it with a no/lo beer or sparkling wine, either one becomes an excellent, grown up n/a option.”
