“Really interesting alternative to an alcoholic aperitif or cocktail. Lovely bitter notes reminiscent of a negroni and a small amount packs a punch. My only slightly negative view, but not enough to put me off, is the vinegary odour though this does go when it is diluted 7:1 so not much of an issue.”
