It has a lovely bittersweet flavour, which is very satisfying, and makes a wonderful wind-down drink with mixers, after work, or on warm sunny days. Unlike other non-alcholic drinks, Botivo with a mixer is so lovely, that you want to sip it slowly to savour the taste, and make each glassfull last as long as possible.
