“I love the box size and sturdiness. The photos I added looked fine in the proof, yet came out blurry and pixelated on the final product. This was not apparent when I added the photos to the design. In addition, the receipt of purchase only included a stamp sized picture of my order. I wish your quality department would have contacted me prior to printing. I plan to order again and hope to be able to prevent tragic print results in the next round. Thank you.”

“The box-up website and products are great. Customer service is a bit less than stellar. I had an issue with a box delivery that was time sensitive. The box delivery was damaged in transit, and instead of a make-good for another order, they sent me another box a week later - too late for me to use it in my presentation. I now have two boxes that I can't use. This was even after I explained that my appointment was the next day and too late to reorder. I am disappointed.”
