“We received an email from Michael Salvi after offering a discount to move forward. We have replied twice with no response. I would not send a follow-up if there is no follow-through. Not a good look for your company. We're on a time constraint, but I think we will be looking for other options.”
“The boxes have a perforated edge on them that looks really bad. The sample that we ordered did not look like this. We need to get these sent out next week and are not trying to find a solution.
What can you do about this?”
“Took forever to get here, was worthless by the time it got here even after I paid for express shipping. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to people who are trying to do business and depends on getting the box on time.”
