“I love the software and enjoy working with it but I am giving 4 stars only as our user experience would benefit from some more options for customization of fields (for example were are not based in the UK so would love to amend/remove the National Insurance number and DDI fields)”

“The software is good but slightly limited in what it can do. For instance you can only add holiday accrual up to 10 years. Our company allows holiday accrual up to 25 years (one additional day every 5 years) so for anyone who has been at the company longer than 10 years, I have to add their additional holiday on manually. Also, we tend to record holiday mainly in days and TOIL in hours. There is no facility to do this on the system. If you want TOIL in hours, your holiday has to be in hours as well. So now we have to work out how much TOIL people have in increments of 0.25 days. Difficult when someone has only earned one hour of TOIL! Mostly though, a very good system.”
