The software covers all aspects of HR/recruitment and continues to update and improve with the constant changes in business. Very user-friendly which eliminates the need for manuals. The dashboard allows the user to see lots of information as soon as you log onto the system in the morning enabling you to plan your day efficiently.

Really useful HR software. Doesn't get 5 stars as could do with some further functionality around processing of Time Logs - at the moment have to go into individually. Could also do with ability to edit Expense records for HR users (after approval) and/or to make certain fields compulsory. And reporting could be beefed up.

Having used Breathe in a previous role, I was keen to embed it in to my new company. There's always something new (but useful!) being implemented and recently I have been very impressed with the well being focus.
