“There is a lot of useful functionality and it is a good package for day to day use. Some customisation is available which is great. Room for improvement: the ability to customise fields (adding or hiding fields), access to data, views (hiding what we don't use), notifications (selecting what we want to be notified of) etc. could be further developed. I would like the reports to be more customisable too as I cannot get the data I want without some manipulation in excel.”
