“Have no idea about the backpack because we have not yet received it and have no idea when it will arrive. Order was placed on November 30th. There was no indication at that time that delivery would extend beyond 6 weeks. Customer service is abysmal !”
“When I purchased this, I didn't know what to expect given the price. After receiving the pack, I must say that I am impressed. I just received the pack today, so only time will tell how durable it is. However, from the feel of the material and the stitching, it seems durable and of good quality. What surprised me the most was the amount of space this product has. The multiple compartments really allows you to store and organize a lot of gear with the pack appearing to be overloaded. The pack also carries the load well and is comfortable. I have purchased many packs at much higher price points and this product seems to compete well with them for a much better price.”
