This company was very quick to ship my vest and it arrived one day late, but it was no problem at all. Also, it came in a big ziplock plastic bag to protect your vest; very courteous to include. Lastly, for Level IIIA, you can't beat this price. I'm attending the police academy and it's very financially expensive so this fit my budget well.
