“I ordered this this helmet because I had bought a similar one before. I wear a size 2XL ( 8 ) and It's hard to find a helmet that would fit me. I ordered a bump helmet that said it was a L / XL but fit more like a M. This helmet I bought was delayed because of in increase of orders. I had ordered this helmet in OD, but customer service said there was a delay with my order. They said if I change my helmet color to black I would receive my package before the 30th, which I did. I had also bought a MICH / ACH Multicam helmet cover L / XL which I was able to fit on my Legacy helmet from Amazon.”
“Talked to the customer reps about size. They had a recommendation that was spot on. Yeah, you might be able to find a better price but I have noticed the straps on the cheaper ones are not very substantial. The straps on this make are very secure. Over all the price might be a bit higher but the quality here is much better. Over all a good job all around.”
“Shipping was pretty quick. Helmet fits snug and feels solid yet light. Padding feels pretty cheap quality but thats fine for the overall price I guess. I'll order decent padding and replace them. Decent deal though and would recommend! Thanks Bulletproofzone!”
“Seems like a good quality helmet. I have to disagree with other reviews that indicate it runs small, at least that was not me experience. I usually wear large to xtra large hats and helmets and by the size chart I ordered a med-large size helmet. It was too big for me so I exchanged it for a small-medium which fit perfectly. I do buzz my hair short so if you have thick hair or wear a hat or anything beneath the helmet you could probably do the medium-large size. Thankfully Bulletproof Zone has the best customer support around and the exchange process was easy!”

“Great helmet. I ordered a large according to measurements chart. Just fits my over sized cranium, could have gone XL. I had a hard time getting a cover that fit. My first was supposed to fit med to LG ha, more like small to medium.
Make sure to order large to XL if you want a cover. Too bad this site does not sell them to go with the helmets !”
“ordered a large, seems a big bigger than it should be but fits correctly. there is no NIJ sticker on the inside so im not sure if its certified or its just tested to the standard. having the cert would be best. its comfortable and have gone out wearing it for hours with no issues. time will tell if it stops my brains from ending up on the pavement or grass depending on where ill be fighting redcoats”
