My item came as described. Just a heads up that this carrier is smaller than it appears. I am 5'10" and 205 and I had to adjust the cummerbund out a lot to fit my AR500 Level III plates. This is not for someone who wants to add anything and everything. This is for staying slick, comfortable, and being modular.
The placard is a huge bonus as it allows you to run different setups(it doesn't costs much to get another one to run a different setup). The built-in mag pouches don't get in the way and offer extra storage space while allowing you to stay slick.
The shoulder pads are beefy but man do they save your shoulders and back.
This is a great carrier and I highly recommend bulletproof zone!!
