“My daughter got this for her fifth birthday and loves it. She figured out that the beds can connect together to form a bunk and was very excited. Bunyip toys were great to deal with. I will definitely buy from here again.”
“I called BunyipToys to purchase a puzzle listed as 'damaged box', they assured me that all was fine and it looked like someone had trodden on the box and squashed it which was fine by me. I asked them to check inside the box to make sure that the puzzle was okay. It was fine. I purchased the product only to discover that the 'trodden on box' was mouldy, it has gotten wet - which they would have known when they opened the box to check the puzzle was okay. They did not correct their 'looks like someone trod on it' to 'mouldy and should not be given to a child'. I would not have purchased this product if I had known this was the case am disappointed that they were dishonest in their product description.”
