“Still awaiting delivery. Ordered on the 4th May got an email to say they are on their way on the 6th. I sent an email 10 days later, nothing. Chatted on Web chat, said they'd look into it and send an email. Nothing sent. Phone up 3 days later, asked to hang on, got cut off...... Not a great service is it?”
