“Three out of the four mats fit perfectly on our Toyota BZ4X. However, the mat on the driver's side will not fasten down because the turnbuckle will not fit the vehicle. Consequently the driver's floor mat is loose. Comparing the original Toyota mats there is an obvious difference in the fixing and we would be pleased to provide a snapshot. We removed both fixings, filed them down and applied glue to both sides. As a result, the mat may be tolerable, however removing the mat to clean will undoubtedly cause our modified fixing to break away. Mindful that loose mats may result in an MOT failure, we cannot recommend them.”
