“This product has lived up to all of the reviews that I read before purchasing it. In particular, I have to call out the overall benefits to my mental well being. I am 44 years old and I am in the typical American husband / dad / middle manager role. I work 60+ hours per week easy, I manage several tiers of employees, I process truck loads of information on a daily basis, I wear multiple hats at work, and then I come home and I need to be a great dad to two pre-teen girls, an attentive and engaged husband to my wife of 16 years, and a dutiful homeowner. In addition, I have become more conscious about paying attention to my own health and well being so I have been trying to workout on a consistent basis. Long story short, life drains you. Before Centrapeak, I was not consistently giving the proper focus and energy to all of the above. In any given week, I was flat out failing in at least two of the above categories. NOT ANYMORE!
