“Originally started Centrapeak to help me improve my mood and desire to workout. I have been using it for more that 5 months now and it gives me exactly what I wanted and more. Some info before I review it I am 40yrs old, 6ft and 210 lbs.
First of all I have been taking it as suggested, 1 pill with each meal, 3 times a day. After week 3, I started to feel a lot better mentally. Overall great mood during the day and when I went to the gym at night, I felt more engaged in what I was doing. Did not notice any aggression or discomfort at all, just felt more balanced overall.
