“There is a manufacturer's fault with this towel. It has a brown tinge which does not come out in washing. I have notified Christy CS about the problem but they have not replied. If you read other reviews it is clear that quality has slumped over the last couple of years and their Cus Serv make little or no effort to put things right. Will not buy this brand again. It is no longer premium quality.”
