“The quality was so disappointing- the pictures looked gorgeous & inviting but on arrival the velvet was hard but the underside worse.. rough.. and not in the least snuggly. These are expensive quilts there are really not quality at all.. and then only half s refund.. so far.. please rectify asap.”
