“Decent quality but not as great as expected. Returned the 400tc ones as they felt much inferior in comparison. Still no money back after two weeks since parcel was sent so not sure if I would order online again, fingers crossed it will be resolved soon.”

We appreciate this opportunity to clarify that your return was delivered to our warehouse on 9th December. In line with our returns policy, we issue refunds within seven working days of receiving the returned items.
Our customer service team also informed you by email on 12th December that the bedding had been received and that the refund would be processed within this timeframe.
