“The bed looks great. Only one issue and that's the rails inside the bed frame that support the slats which hold the mattress. They are short thin metal that are not sturdy. The slats/boards that sit on them barely are supported. If the kid jumps on the bed at all it won't last. I know they shouldn't jump on the bed but they are kids. Needs for support to make the bed sturdy. We may build a support structure or put a twin bed fram in its place. All that said the outside of the bed looks awesome.”
Thank you so much for your review of our BiTurbo Twin Race Car Bed! We appreciate your feedback on the rails; we understand the need for support to make the bed more sturdy. We had done intensive testing before approving the bed support board design. If assembled correctly, the bottom boards that are attached to the long metal side rails can even support a jumping kid:) even though we don't recommend it.
