“I am awaiting a refund . The wrong ink was sent and the correct information was sent on my end. The representative were rude. I spoke to 3 different representatives and base on my order regarding my printer information . It was correct. However, what your company selected and sent was incorrect . The sad thing about this order is that the representative tried to blame me for their mistakes. Photos were sent 3 days ago. I have been awaiting a return label for their product, and my refund . So, please stop the procrastination. Do not order from this company is my advice. Note I rated poor on everything below but this survey choose for you. Ok”

“My donated Brother printer accepted these cartridges fine but don't know if printer's color function is broken or these color cartridges don't work in it. I'm not desperate for color yet. Thanks for quick service.”
