“You do not advertise your Epson cartridges as compatible . You advertise them as Epson. False advertising. I thought I was getting Epson cartridges not compatible ones. I want to return them to you and it is a nightmare. I have never ever had so much trouble returning an item to anyone. To talk to a person I have to pay $5.00 plus dollars. MO was helpful but he couldn’t do what I needed and the person he turned me over to wasn’t available. More frustration. I just want my money credited to me. I don’t want to have to pay to return something I received from you under false advertising. Make this right for me. Just credit my money .
