The quality, cost, convenience, delivery service is great!...but wait!, nobody or no thing is perfect so as I've stated before, every, but very rarely, so often a misfitting printing dud comes along. “Been buyin' 'em for my trusty ol' HP Envy 4500 for a long time now. Overall, I've been super satisfied with their quality and longevity, although, I must admit that once in a long, long while a dud comes along and is rejected by my ol' Envy. Should this happen ( I sure hope not ) again, should I send it back to you? Thank you.”
