“The cyan and photo black cartridges are fine. The ordering policy and shipping policies are annoying, deceptive ,and confusing. They say all over the website shopping is free if you order $50. WRONG. My order came to about $58 and I spent 1/2 hour trying to see why I was charger for shipping. I did not see the small link on my smartphone explaining shipping until after placing the order. It says 50 after all discounts applied. Annoying is with Clicklinks 20% discount offered the order dropped to $48 and with 6.99 shipping back the 20% promotion mostly went away. The day was partially saved by Capital One. During my 1/2 hour of scratching around to solve this problem they jumped in ( First time they ever gave me any deal) and took another $4 off. By then I was quite annoyed.”
