“I received my Brothers Compatible Drum several days ago. It says it is compatible to Brothers MFC-8365 DN, but it does NOT work on my printer. After it is installed, the printer still says "Change Drum." I called your company. I was asked to hold more than 1 hour and nobody answered my phone. I want to have a refund. But I do not know how to. Please call me at (703) 644-2680 (Heping Shi). Otherwise I will never order anything from Clickink.com any more. We used to order all of our printer inks from this site.”
