“The cartridge as delivered had leaked ink under the protective cap. After cap removal, the ink had soiled the cartridge itself which caused a bit of a mess.... I still have a wee bit of ink on my fingers. After cleaning I installed the cartridge in the printer and it's working just fine. This is the only problem I've ever had with this product.”
