“I was looking for a lightweight mechanical machine and this fits the bill. Changing the universal foot to the darning foot is unecessarily fiddly -I think Husqvana could have done a little better with this aspect of the design. Machine is straightforward to use otherwise and fits the bill for a simpler and lightweight machine that I can take out to a sewing club ( my other ' racehorse' machine weighs more than twice this one ).
