“Due to our function in our company to not beiing Paloalto administrators, but have to use it as investigation/evidence source, I'm now able to understand how paloalto works, the terminology. But I still miss some more details on how to analyse in detail with the data provided in regards to incident response/forensic cases.”

“The course was good in regards to the general setup, configuration and overview of the firewall solution. Our team (incident responder and forensic experts) which joined the training is highly focused on the security features which were in general explained but not that much detailed on threat signatures, log evaluation, ... A deep dive into some security incident examples and how to detect/analyse them using the solution would be helpful. The training agenda was somehow adjusted for our team but the slides shown by the trainer were not always the same like in our printed course materials.”

“For my as an forensicator, just some of the topics were of interest. That's why my colleagues and i agreed upon on not doing the lab exercises during the course and spending more time on dedicated topics in more detail.”
