“It is undoubtedly not a five-day training. Attempting to cover a lot of material, including the LAB, in 5 days. Even if the trainer is really skilled, it is not being transferred to the candidates successfully. Very disappointed in the amount of time allotted for the topic and the lab.”

“Would love to give this a 5 stars, but sometimes the lecture would have been best broken up by more hands on lab time. People learn in different ways. Some by more doing and less lecture. More hands on opportunity would have been appreciated. The Labs could also have been broken down into smaller units so that concepts could have been applied to specific leture.”

“The traning course was good, but the labs lacked steps to validate and test the configurations performed. This could include pings, traceroutes and even simple application access (telnet, curl, web broswer, etc). It iseems this lab lacked a typical end-user pc/desktop to perform connection validation. The last lab was not usable for our course.”
