“Needs a lot of work. It never really taught HA. I only see a couple of slides which caused a lot of confusion when we were in the troubleshooting section and going over failure scenarios. He had to stop and explain HA at this point. Also think it needs to do a better job explaining path selection and determining what path a particular session is using (mabye the latter goes in Troubleshooting section). Needs to cover more details on troubleshooting - CLI commands, looking at flows, logs (what logs are used for what). Also, labs were lacking. No labs on HA or troubleshooting (reports, flows, CLI, etc). And for the labs that were there, there were no verification steps to help you see and understand what you just did. Labs did not match the controller we were working. This was a minor issue on some labs, but made the NAT lab impossible to finish. The DEVOPS lab made no sense and instructor had left us on our own. Was fairly obvious instructor had limited experience on the product.”
