“PALO ALTO need to invest alot in documentation and best admin experience . Their KBs and documents are always poor and not upto OEM standard. Not even standards links.”

“Lab environment was clunky and not very good. Would have liked to see more platform walk throughs vs slide deck read. I understand though that the lab environment was so slow and buggy that doing so would have been difficult for any instructor.”

“The instructor was VERY knowledgeable and open when asked questions she did not know. Exceptional class, mainly due to the instructor's skillset. I learned an incredible amount within these four days. I only wish that the labs were going to remain available for longer than the four days we were being trained to practice and complete them. On that same note, the lab exercises and the supplied version of PANOS seemed to need a refresher, as there were a few labs that weren't accurate, which required quite a bit of intuitive problem solving for material I was not familiar with. Also, my lab instance was not functional after the first day and prevented me from completing some lab work. Perhaps a tested, known-working environment should be loaded via saved named files like EDU-210 and EDU-220 did.”
