“We ordered a beam from Cottage Beams. It was received fairly quickly. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the beam (probably caused during transport). So, the beam was returned and a replacement was sent. This replacement was also damaged (in places that I doubt were caused during manufacture) and so was returned. A refund was applied to my card very promptly. I thought that the beams were very good quality, but were damaged and so we could not use them.”
