“I can not get the my Fly12 to work. I can not record a video, I can not see video, I can not get the Fly12 to connect with my Mac BookPro laptop. The customer support SUCKS. I have wasted 350 Euro on a product that does not work.
I was planning on taking great videos of my cycling trip to Italy and putting on them on YouTube using the FLY12 but now that nothing works I guess that all I can do is take photos using my iPhone.
It is sad when the manufacturer does have their phone number or What up phone number for Customer Support on the web page.”
