“Device failed soon after purchase when updating firmware. Customer Support were really helpful though and swopped the faulty device for a new one which seems okay (so far!). Costly to return the faulty device from UK to Australia though!”

Battery life needs to be improved as on rides over 100km it runs out. I carry a battery pack for a top up at coffee break.”
