I was sent a second camera because I was unhappy with the first one,the second camera was dispatched from Perth on 04/04/2022,I didn’t receive it until 21/04/2022,I went for a ride this morning,to try out the camera,but it jumps around the same as the first one did,very disappointed,I would like a refund because the camera does not do what it should do.

Software does not allow to turn off stabilization. It also doesn’t allow 60fps 1080.and other settings the fly6 ce had. Update the firmware to allow the features the CE had and it would be better. I had issues with my Fly6 CE that I ended up resolving myself. Your customer service was horrible. The battery died and was forced to replace it. Unfortunately your product is the only thing still like it on the market so I have it another try. You have a great opportunity here for an amazing product. I wish you would contact me for ideas for improvement on the the product as well as customer relations. You should work this out before companies like GoPro see an opportunity.

It does what it's supposed to. However, the ports are not well sealed, especially for a rear-mounted device - I am concerned when riding in the rain. the battery life is extremely poor - less than two 1.5-hour rides. Find a better option.

Serious problems I'm having: 1. It's configured to record 15 minute clips but it's recording 30 second clips 2. The other day I connected, set the alarm, went into a store, came out, reconnected, alarm was OFF. This is the only time I"ve tried to use the alarm. 3. Exactly how do you turn it off? Long pressing power doesn't seem to work. Design issues: 1. Power and "Q" buttons are on exact opposite sides. So I often press both by accident, because the "Q" button doesn't seem to do much so I forget it's there. 2. Battery life is not good enough. I often ride more than 3 hours, so I have to choose safety or recording. 3. What's up with the incredibly long velco? Most bikes have relatively narrow posts, I've got a huge amount of velcro that just dangles, on all of the bikes I put it on. This includes my gravel bike, race bike, and mt. bike. Maybe if you have a time trial bike you need that.... I'm impressed by the video quality although it could use more stabilization.

“My Fly6 stopped recording in October 2020. Still under warranty. I contacted their support. They sent me reset instructions and demanded that I video the procedure. Then they claimed my SD card wasn't on their approved list, so I had to spend $40 on a new "approved" 32Gig card. Then I had to send them a photo of the new card and re-perform the tests. Still didn't work. They said I had to send it back to them in Australia. Had to pay over $30 in shipping fees (from USA) and fill out complicated customs documents. They received it and said it's under factory warranty, but they don't have any units for replacement. They sent me a 50% coupon for the newer version. I told them I don't want a new version. Their old one didn't last a year, I'm not gonna spend more money on another one. They have to honor their warranty to repair or replace. They claimed they will run another batch of older units, but don't know when. It's been over 6 months and I have nothing. I sent them another e-mail last month and their response was they are going to produce another batch soon. The bastards made me buy a new car and pay for shipping abroad and didn't tell me there was nothing they could do anyways. Just stop spending any more money on new cards or shipping your Fly6 to them. Write it off as loss as I have. Will never buy another Cycliq product again.“ -person that inspired me to send mine back
