“Perfect size bag for my daily commute. The main pocket fits quite a lot! I can fit all my wires, headphones, lunch, and items I need to carry for my toddler's drop-off (her lunch bag and extra diapers all fit inside the bag!) The front pocket is so well thought out. So many bags have a vertical zip and if you're not careful, you'll spill the pocket contents. Day Owl has a horizontal zip pocket which just makes sense! I got the color Navy and it's simply beautiful. It's got a deep and rich blue hue to it. One flaw is the side zip, advertised for phones. It's a bit small in width so if you have a bulky case on your phone it will not zip up. Better to use it for smaller items like keys.”
“After inspecting the backpack upon arrival, it met or exceeded my expectations. The color (blue) matched the online image, the backpack seems to be very sturdy and the zippers functioned smoothly. I liked the water bottle compartment and the small compartment on the top for sunglasses or something else needing easy access and the strap to allow the bag to slip over the handle of a rolling suitcase is very nice. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“This roomy and compact bag has been able to store everything I need for work (keyboard, ipad, laptop, chargers, water bottle, food, etc.) without putting as much strain on my shoulders and back as my previous backpack. I also highly recommend the cord pouch if you carry a lot of smaller cords/ computer accessories. It fits everything I need (phone charger, headphone chargers, mouse) and keeps me organized!”
“I originally bought the slim backpack and realized after delivery no go for my size laptop (I simply measured wrong). But also the main compartment wasn't going to be quite big enough either for my commute to office via public transport. I really wanted a low profile smallish pack as I'm a small guy.
Fortunately the regular sized backpack that I exchanged for works great and is still a good size. Easy exchange process and good communication at every step from Day Owl. There is an additional vertical side pocket on regular sized backpack that's super useful for me. Love there are no dangling straps! I wish there was a bit more padding on back and bottom of pack. Other than that, it's pricey but minimal environmental impact, important to me, so great purchase in my book.”
