“Love my new Day Owl backpack! It's everything that I hoped it would be, having done extensive research before green-lighting this purchase. As everyone always mentions, the pockets are wonderful! The water bottle / neoprene-lined pocket even fits my large 32oz HydroFlask. I love how much I can store in this bag and it still keeps a slim profile. It's very comfortable to carry and the materials are of excellent quality--I do not doubt that I'll be able to carry this pack for a long, long time. So pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!”
“Big fan of The Backpack. Looks and feels quality with enough room to serve as an EDC to the office. It doesn't get 5 stars from me for a few reasons:
1. Canvas picks up lint. Was well aware that this was an issue before purchasing but I thought it couldn't be that bad. Well, it is pretty bad. If you have pets that shed a lot you might want to opt for another pack. Otherwise, a weekly once-over with a lint roller will have it looking clean.
2. Front pocket is cumbersome. Things easily get mixed around and fall to the bottom.
3. Some of the zippers have covers. Sometimes the zipper can get stuck at just the right angle when the pocket is fully open. I'll have to sort of dig the zipper back out. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.”
