“I love the backpack because of the well thought design. I wish it was not as heavy, though. Maybe thinner and lighter fabric (without compromising the durability) would be great. Also the zipper holder came off the first week. Slipped it back on but maybe needs better quality zippers?”

“I was tricked in the delivery date. My old backpack was torn apart and I chose the pale olive color because it was in stock and it was going to be delivered soon. As days went by and I didn't get my order, I emailed asking for this issue. Apparently they moved the delivery date because they didn't have any pale olive in stock! I chose a different color and was delivered to me immediately, but it was not cool how they said they had it in stock first and didn't.
The backpack is beautiful, although the water bottle pocket is not big enough for a 750 ml bottle.”
“The backpack I purchased claimed to be durable and stain resistant. After only one mild use as a carry on for a three hour flight, the fabric of the backpack absorbed the black ink of my black dress shirt (a shirt I have washed with whites and had no problems with). The handles were already fraying and the front of the bag had developed these white lines from the edges of the charger inside the front pocket. I have never seen anything like it.”

What justifies the price for me is the smartly-placed pockets, amazing material/texture, and also the fact that my backpack wasn't made with any virgin materials (okay, maybe the zippers are an exception).
