“It’s organization, fabric and design is amazing, and very comfortable to wear. As someone who is shorter, I don’t normally like backpacks, because they sit too low, but this I could adjust and fit nicely up in my back and doesn’t cause and stress in the shoulders.

“The backpack came packaged in a sturdy box shaped to perfectly fit the item. The backpack is well made and well structured. It fits everything I need for my work day in conveniently located pockets and pouches that makes everything easily accessible. 10 stars to the video demonstrating items being put away in each compartment, that's really what sold me on the bag. The color is great! I got the Lavender which to me looks more like a soft pinky purple, I'd maybe describe it as orchid. Solid zippers, love the leather top handles, inside is soft and not that plastic-y material that's sometimes inside other backpacks. Shoulder straps are very comfortable to wear!”

I am 5'3 and the large backpack fits great. It doesn't look like I have a turtle shell on my back like how I normally look with other backpacks.
